These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the Tuesday League mobile application. By using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
You must be at least 16 years old to use the App.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and all activities under your account.
You agree to use the App in compliance with all applicable laws and these Terms. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:
Users may post comments, ratings, and other content. You retain ownership of your content but grant Ologs d.o.o. a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display and use it within the App.
Ratings and feedback are subjective and provided by users. Manipulation, harassment, or abuse of the rating system is prohibited and may result in suspension or termination.
The App may offer paid subscription plans that provide access to additional features. Subscriptions are optional and billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, depending on your device.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your account will be charged within 24 hours prior to the end of the period.
If a free trial is offered, it will automatically convert to a paid subscription unless canceled before the trial period ends. Any unused portion of a free trial will be forfeited when a subscription is purchased.
Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google account at confirmation of purchase. We do not process payments directly and do not have access to your payment information.
Subscriptions can be managed and canceled through your App Store or Google Play account settings. Refunds, if any, are handled by Apple or Google according to their policies.
Subscription prices may change. Any price changes will be communicated in advance and handled according to App Store or Google Play policies.
If supported, you may restore active subscriptions using the restore purchases feature provided by the App Store or Google Play.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the App or any feature at any time without guarantee of continued availability.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee accuracy of ratings, statistics, or uninterrupted service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ologs d.o.o. shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the App.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Termination does not entitle the user to a refund of any unused subscription period.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Croatia.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
